Common Questions
What if I have to miss a session?
Life happens. Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll move that session later in the course rather than lose it — the term extends instead.
Inside 48 hours the standard late cancellation fee applies, the same as any other appointment. Read the full policies.
Can I leave before the course finishes?
Memberships run as a 6 or 12-month contract, so leaving early is possible but it isn't free. Either way we need 30 days' written notice before anything takes effect.
If you're relocating, or a medical condition or physical limitation means you can't continue, we'll release you from the contract.
Without one of those reasons, you can still end it by paying a buyout of 50% of the remaining balance. That's the full cost of leaving — nothing follows it.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can freeze for one to three months if you're travelling or dealing with something medical.
Your end date moves out by however long the freeze lasts, so the full commitment stays intact and you don't lose any of the treatments you've paid toward. Tell your provider or the front desk before the month you want to skip.
Can I switch to a different program mid-course?
Yes. If your skin changes mid-course — breakouts clear, pigment settles — tell your provider and we'll move you onto the program that now fits. Your enrollment rate carries across and the months you've already completed count.
Does the 10% stack with the program savings?
Yes. The program price is already discounted against booking the same treatments individually, and the 10% applies on top of that to anything you buy outside your course — extra treatments, products, gift cards.
Does unused VIP credit expire?
No. Your $149 is there to spend from the day you sign up, and whatever you don't use rolls into the next month.
Plenty of members let it build for two or three months and then put it toward something larger — a laser session, a microneedling appointment, a full product restock.
Can I gift a program, or use mine for someone else?
No. A program belongs to the person enrolled. It can't be gifted, transferred, or used by anyone else, and that applies to every treatment in the course.
If you want to treat someone, a gift card works on any single treatment or product.
What if I want to try before committing?
Book the free consult first. Fifteen minutes with a licensed esthetician, no charge and no obligation, and you'll leave knowing which program matches your skin — or that you don't need one yet.
You're also welcome to book any treatment individually at full price and decide afterwards.
